Chief Executive Officer, Connie Garcia-Evans recruits physicians as Principal Investigators and Sub Investigators to conduct clinical research trials Phase 0- IV. She works hand in hand with Pharmaceutical companies and Clinical Research Organizations to secure sites are identified according to the protocol and disciplines. Connie works with her network sites to prepare for site qualification and site initiation after the trials are awarded. This includes working with the regulatory and monitoring teams to secure all protocol procedures are followed as instructed by the Sponsors.
Connie began her career in 1991 at Community Blood Centers of South Florida / OneBlood Inc., holding a position of Area Director of Donor Recruitment and Development. She managed a collection area with over 100 employees composed of regulated and non-regulated departments in Miami-Dade County. This collection area consistently achieved blood collection goals of the organization.
Connie was active in Quality Assurance projects and assured all Food and Drug Administration, American Association of Blood Banks, and OSHA training were conducted as required. Connie attended the yearly Florida Association of Blood Banks and American Association of Blood Banks meetings to enhance her professional development.
Connie has held positions as a Clinical Research Coordinator and Regulatory Specialist. Connie also has experience working in the laboratory environment assisting in bio-specimen management per protocol instructions
Connie is leveraging her 30 years of blood banking and clinical trial experience to focus on providing the pharmaceutical world precise high-quality study results with reliable clinical data.
